		<description><![CDATA[Honestly, I don&#039;t know enough about Zelaya and his policies and actions to be able to say whether Obama&#039;s support of him is justified.

On Iran, however... I agree that the statement regarding Iran and &#039;meddling&#039; was disingenuous; it appears to have been carefully worded so as to preclude an absolute commitment of official recognition one way or the other. The results out of Iran do appear to have been somewhat suspicious, to say the least, but the United States obviously does not wish to lose what little goodwill it may have in the region, and as such I see Obama hedging his bets.
